I’ve been a freelance Marketing Manager since 2009, drawing upon a corporate background in business, IT, sales, marketing, product & project management to help service-based businesses with short & long-term projects.
I work one-on-one with a select number of clients each month to help you brainstorm, strategize & prioritize essential marketing tasks to get the most return on investment for your time, marketing budget, and resources.
Prior to following my dream of becoming an entrepreneur, I held multiple roles with IBM, as a Marketing Manager, Program Manager, and Project Management professional.
After leaving the corporate world I went back to college and earned a BA in Media & Communications from The University of Tampa.
While at IBM, I completed a two-year program for a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University’s School of Business. Career kudos include the IBM Ovation Award (for leadership and revitalization of the IBM Sales University program for North America) and the company’s Bravo Award (for innovative marketing program leadership).
So yea, I’ve got a few fancy pieces of glossy-embossed paper stored in a box, but more importantly, real-world experience that comes from rolling up your sleeves, battling in the trenches, taking leaps of faith, learning what works, and what will not.
