What makes you unique?

  • Your projects are not outsourced, I work one-on-one with all clients, there are no third parties involved. I enjoy strategic (big picture) thinking, as well as rolling up my sleeves and doing the behind the scenes work to create your marketing foundation, so all work is completed “in house” by moi. You will always have direct access to me.

  • You are not be required to sign a long-term support contract. Just buy the package you need, when you need it, and let’s roll! Feel free to come & go to suit your business & budgeting needs.

  • Having worn many hats over the years, I have a diverse background in the areas of business planning, product development & launch, sales and marketing, technical support, and project management. What this means for you is I can help to define & keep an eye on the big picture, but I’ve also always been a “doer”, so we can get right to work on the project (or challenge) at hand, without unnecessary delays, or hoop jumping. (If you’ve been there, then you know what I mean!)

Will you travel to my office?

Sorry, no can do! All services will be provided virtually (remotely) from my home office. We can chat via phone or online when a meeting is necessary, otherwise we will communicate via email, and share files via secure, digital tools.

How much do your services cost?

  • All Social Media Marketing work is billed at an hourly rate of $60.00 USD, you will be invoiced for actual time worked, in 15-minute increments. Just let me know how many hours of support you would like to budget for, and we’ll work together to prioritize your business needs & outline the activities within your budget that you would like me to manage.

  • I am flexible, and open to providing out of the box options to meet your unique marketing needs. If you would like an estimate for custom marketing support, please share your project details & the specific goal you are working towards here, and I’ll shoot you a quick estimate.

Do you offer discounts?

How does it work, and what are my payment options?

Generally, once we begin working together, most On Demand support requests are completed within 2 business days, but completion time frames will vary by project scope & complexity. I will give you an estimated time frame during our first consult.

Please submit payment via PayPal (you can pay via credit card without opening an account). Once payment is received, I will start working on projects as agreed.

I need something right away, do you offer rush services?

Depending on your need, I may be able to accommodate rush deadlines, but it really depends on the type of support required. There may be an extra fee added to rush services, because I will most likely need to work evenings & weekends to fulfill last-minute requests.
